The Satin Rose Shop

I started making roses out of ribbon and experimented with corsages and button holes. Having had a wonderful response, I decided to create my own online shop.

Making various items with satin ribbon, I started selling on ebay and to friends with all my customers very happy with the items I made. It was then time to have my own proper website shop, so thesatinroseshop.uk was born.

I then heard stories of how brides were upset about the floral bouquets they received from flower shops with dead flowers and also the same with people buying funeral tributes. I then decided to make bouquets with my roses and as they are ribbon, they last a very long time and they are not dead when you receive them.

My Nan passed away and she loved my shop, so as a tribute to her, I made the MUM tribute and a book. I taught my Cousins how to make a NAN one and that turned out to be a wonderful tribute.

Sadly after my nans passing, my uncle passed so it was time to make one for him and this time opted for the cushion.

So that is basically my story. Button Holes, Corsages, and even crocodile hair clips are available in my store also I custom make wedding bouquets with a simple order form. 

Update: I now have Christmas baubles on my shop. Merry Christmas engraved on the baubles with polystyrene balls and a satin rose inside. I call these shakeable, as if you want to, you can shake them. Also to remember a loved on at Christmas there are In memory of ........ baubles that come with Mum, Nan, Dad and Grandad with a rose on top of feathers, or you can choose another name.
