We want you to love your handmade creation. Find out more about returns, refunds and custom order policies.
Standard Products
If you change your mind about a standard website product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned safely before a refund can be processed.
The cost of returning an item is yours, and we do not refund the original postage. Please use a tracked service, because we cannot refund an item that never reaches us.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Many items from The Satin Rose Shop are handmade especially for our customers.
Custom-made or personalised products cannot usually be cancelled or returned once work has started unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
If Something Is Wrong
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch, but if your item arrives damaged or there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to help and put things right.
Please tell us within 30 days of delivery and send a photo where you can. If we ask you to send it back, we will cover the return postage.

- 📦 Items must be returned securely packaged.
- 🌹 Handmade custom items may not be eligible for return.
- 💳 Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and checked.
- ❤️ Faulty or damaged items will always be reviewed.

Refunds and your rights
- 💷 Refunds are paid within 14 days of your return arriving and being checked.
- 🏦 Money goes back to the original payment method. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it.
- 📮 Change of mind: tell us within 14 days of delivery, then post the item back within 14 days of telling us.
- 🛠️ Faulty items: your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 apply, including a 30 day short term right to reject.
- 📜 Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- ✉️ Always message us before posting anything back, so your return reaches the right place.
