How long does dispatch take?
Website orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 5 working days. Custom orders can take longer as they are made from scratch.
A working day is defined as Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays.
What delivery service do you use?
Royal Mail 48 is used for most products. Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
Can I request a custom order?
Yes. Many items can be customised by colour, wording or occasion. Please contact us before ordering if you need something personalised.
Can funeral tributes be personalised?
Yes. Memorial tributes can often be made with names, colours or wording. Please contact us with your requirements and timescale before ordering.
Do you make wedding corsages and buttonholes?
Yes. Wedding corsages and buttonholes are handmade and can often be created in colours to suit your occasion.
Can custom items be returned?
Custom-made or personalised items cannot usually be returned once work has started unless they arrive faulty or damaged.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please contact us as soon as possible with details and photos of the damage so we can review the issue and help put things right.
