We want you to love your handmade creation. Find out more about returns, refunds and custom order policies.
Standard Products
If you change your mind about a standard website product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and returned safely before a refund can be processed.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Many items from The Satin Rose Shop are handmade especially for our customers.
Custom-made or personalised products cannot usually be cancelled or returned once work has started unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.
If Something Is Wrong
Every order is carefully checked before dispatch, but if your item arrives damaged or there is a problem, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will always do our best to help and put things right.
Returning An Item
How returns work
- 📩 Please contact us before returning any item.
- 📦 Items must be returned securely packaged.
- 🌹 Handmade custom items may not be eligible for return.
- 💳 Refunds are processed after the returned item has been received and checked.
- ❤️ Faulty or damaged items will always be reviewed.
