1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of The Satin Rose Shop website and any purchases made through it. By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products

Many of our products are handmade and may vary slightly from photographs shown on the website. Colours, ribbons, materials and finishes may differ slightly due to the handmade nature of our creations and screen settings.

3. Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to contact customers if further information is required before work begins.

An order is considered accepted once payment has been successfully processed and confirmation has been issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£ GBP).

We reserve the right to amend prices without prior notice. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

The Satin Rose Shop does not store your full payment card details. Orders will only enter production once payment has been successfully received.

6. Dispatch & Delivery

Standard website orders are typically dispatched within 2 to 5 working days.

A working day is defined as Monday to Friday between 9:00am and 5:00pm, excluding Bank Holidays and public holidays.

Royal Mail 48 is used for most products unless otherwise stated.

7. Custom & Personalised Orders

Many products offered by The Satin Rose Shop are handmade to order and may be personalised to customer requirements.

Custom and personalised orders may take longer to produce than standard products. Customers will be advised of estimated dispatch times where applicable.

Once work has begun on a custom or personalised order, cancellations and change-of-mind returns may not be possible.

8. Returns & Refunds

9. Intellectual Property

All website content, photographs, product descriptions, graphics and branding remain the property of The Satin Rose Shop unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Satin Rose Shop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products, except where required by law.
